What COVID-19 measures are you taking?

All Curio Northwest items and shipping materials are carefully sanitized prior to being shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for the item to be packaged and shipped. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground Shipping. A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

Please note, there may be shipping delays beyond Curio Northwest's control due to COVID-19.

What is your return and refund policy?

All Curio Northwest items are final sale. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, Contact Curio Northwest

The only instance a refund is honored is if a package arrives damaged or is stated as missing from the carrier. If your package is damaged or missing, Contact Curio Northwest. It can take between 10-15 business days for the shipping carrier to process the claim.

Refunds for damaged or missing orders can take up to 10 business days once the filed claim has been approved by the carrier.

Do you offer local delivery in Seattle?

Local (Seattle) delivery is currently offered to customers within the delivery radius and with a $15 minimum order.

Where do you ship?

At this time, Curio Northwest only ships within the contiguous United States (shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States).

Curio Northwest does not offer international shipping at this time.

What shipping materials do you use?

Curio Northwest's packing materials include but are not limited to reused cardboard boxes, paper and bubble wrap. Tissue paper and stickers are proudly and sustainably made by noissue, part of the Eco Packaging Alliance.

We encourage you to reuse our packing materials if possible, to keep this process more sustainable.

What if my package is missing or arrives damaged?

All packages are insured with the carrier. If a package is missing or an item arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to Contact Curio Northwest. It can take between 10-15 business days for the shipping carrier to process the claim.

All damaged order claims must be reported as soon as possible after discovery of the damage and no later than 60 days after the date of delivery.

All lost package order claims must be reported no later than 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. However, please note, there may be shipping delays beyond Curio Northwest's control due to COVID-19.
